About Us
Marty is the president of the certified public accounting firm Kopmeyer & Talty,
P.C. and has been working with businesses and individuals for over 20 years.
Marty emphasizes in his consulting
efforts the need for goal setting and establishing performance measures.
He has worked with businesses in a variety of industries, from start up
to maturity and has worked on several
succession planning engagements. These succession planning engagements
have ranged in nature from family succession to the out right sale of the
business to a third party. In addition to the
consulting services, Marty has done the necessary income tax planning
and preparation, as well as financial statement preparation for both businesses
and individuals. Marty is named, and has served,
as Trustee for several individual clients.

Gary was the co-founder of the certified public accounting firm of Kopmeyer & Talty, P.C.
Over the past 35 years, Gary had developed an extremely diverse, yet in depth, knowledge of
manufacturing, retail and service operations, buy/sell negotiations and finance. Specific areas
of expertise included: information systems, inventory control, long range planning and the
sale/purchase and liquidation of various businesses. Gary was also very knowledgeable in the
areas of personal financial, tax and estate planning. Gary was named, and has served, as Trustee
for several clients. Gary passed away on February 25, 2009 and will be missed.
